Virtual Support Rep
The virtual support representative was created in partnership with the marketing department to provide a live support rep at trade shows. If a visitor has a support question they will be provided a disposable headset to speak to the support representative. If the question requires more of a longer conversation the visitor will be provided a link to schedule a call when it fits their schedule.
Create a teams meeting inviting the support rep and GZCSkiosk@outlook.com for the date and time of the shift.
Support rep joins meeting with camera on at their designated time.

Steps to connect the live customer service rep from the booth.:
Connect the power adapter.
Power on the laptop, it will sign into the kiosk user automatically.
Connect to the wifi/internet.
Launch Teams.
Go to the teams calendar.
Select the meeting for the appropriate time slot and click join.
At the end of the time slot close/leave meeting,
If the meeting gets closed out go back to the team calendar and join the meeting again.
Visitors will be provided a headset to connect with the virtual support rep.
