Tip of the Week: Reviewing Member Retention for the End of the Year

Need to review your membership retention as the year draws to an end? The Retention Report can provide a month-by-month breakdown of your membership.

  1. Select the Reports module from the left-hand menu.
  2. Locate the Rentention Report.
  3. In the report, adjust your Sales Rep filter (if applicable), set the year you would like to view, then (optionally) set the Mode to Show Extra Info. This will display an explanation of each column.
