In the Events module, select the Guest List tab.

In the Guest List, select the Edit Registration icon for the registration you wish to cancel.

Use the Status dropdown menu and select Canceled. Select Save & Close.

The registrant will be displayed on the Guest List as Canceled. Then follow your business practices for either writing off or refunding the registrant, or providing the member with a credit to be used in the future. Invoice Activity on the Account tab will not display these canceled guests as this list only displays sponsors and registered guests.
