Letter Templates may be edited and/or new templates created for Notification, Collection, or Thank You Letters. Click here for a short video demonstration.
- Click Billing in the left-hand menu.
- Click the Reports tab.

Click the desired letter type (Notification, Collection, or Thank you) in the Letters area of the Reports tab.

To edit, select the Letter Template link.
- Make changes in the Page Layout area of the template. Do not modify the Database Fields as these items contain custom programming that will automatically populate with specific information from your member’s account.
- To save changes you've made to the Letter Template, enter a new Template Name and click Save As.
