Merge Reps

If you have the same representative recorded multiple times in your database you can easily merge those reps together. 

 

IMPORTANT: Only reps associated to the same member will be available for merging. Many times the duplicate reps occur when merging members together which is why this feature is only available to apply within the same member.. 

 

 

 

  1. For the desired member, click the Reps tab
  2. On the Reps tab, check the box for the rep you wish to merge
  3. Click the Merge Selected Rep button
  4. Choose the rep into which you wish to merge.
  5. From the list of fields that will be merged choose whether you wish to retain the information from the source record or the destination record. The items highlighted in green will be the information that will be retained in the final merged rep. Only those fields with differences are included in the list. Information brought over include personal details, address details, groups, permissions, display preferences, and custom fields.
  6. Click the Merge button.
  7. Click OK to confirm that you wish to merge the reps. IMPORTANT! This merge cannot be undone.
  8. The representatives have now been merged together.
