Refund Report

Use the Sales Receipt Summary report to view refunds processed for your members.

  1. Select Billing on the left-hand menu.
  2. Click the Reports tab at the top of the page and locate the Sales Receipt Summary report in the Transactions section. 
  1. Enter the desired date range/filters and select Refresh Report.
  1. Click on the Amount column heading to sort the negative dollar amounts to the top to show the refunds.
