The Online Membership Application History report provides a full history of all online membership applications.

1. Select Reports on the left-hand side.
2. Search for the keyword Application.
3. Select Online Membership Application History from the results.

4. The report will include the following fields:
   •  Company Name
   • Member Comments: indicates any additional options the applicant indicated they would like to add to their membership.
   • App Date: when the application was submitted.
   • Mem App Bill Status: indicates how the member wishes to be billed.
5. The report can be saved as a PDF, an Excel file, or CSV.
