Thank you for your inquiry regarding training for ChamberMaster/MemberZone! We have a variety of resources and opportunities available.

 

Free Online Resources

ChamberMaster publishes and maintains many free resources.

 

  • Live Webinars: ChamberMaster/MemberZone hosts live webinars on a variety of topics on a monthly basis. Check out the training calendar and sign up for as many as you like!
  • Knowledge Base + Video Tutorials: Our online knowledge base is FULL of use cases, examples, step-by-step instructions, and short tutorial videos, as well as recordings of our live webinars. Feel free to search and explore for the topic you need. If you can't find something, the Support team is happy to help answer questions and include links to relevant articles as well!

Paid Training Options

If you feel you just need a little more help, ChamberMaster does offer customized training for a fee.

 

Custom Online Training is available for all our customers. Sessions are held via Teams and can be recorded by request. Cost starts at $450 for 2 hours; we also offer a 4 hour package for $900. Additional hours are available for $225 per hour.

 

Regional Training: From time to time ChamberMaster/MemberZone will hold a regional training for our customers. These sessions usually have a set agenda and are $349/person for registration. We may offer edition-specific regional trainings (for our REALTOR®, Insurance, and Home Builder associations), so be sure to check the Training Calendar for any upcoming sessions!

 

Hosted Regional Training: These 2 day events are typically hosted by a particular customer, and registration is open to any active customer. There is a standard agenda for these trainings. Fee is $349/person for registration.

 

Custom Onsite Training is available if you wish to have an intensive training for your staff only. Cost starts at $3800 for the first day and $1200 each day after, plus trainer travel expenses.

We will need approval of the cost from an Executive Officer prior to scheduling the training, and all invoices must be paid in full prior to training taking place.
