When a rep attempts to login, they have the option to indicate if they have forgotten their password and need to reset it directly from the login screen. Most commonly, the login page being referenced would be located at http://yourwebsite.com/login

Alternatively, you can send the rep an email with a link to reset their password.

1. On the member's Rep's tab, click the name of the rep to whom you wish to send the password reset email.
2. Expand the Login Permissions for... section.

3. Select the button labeled change/send password.
4. Select the option to Send eMail with a link to reset their password (Recommended).
