Change Rep Login Name
If a Rep forgets his/her user name, from the Member Information Center (MIC) login screen, they will be able to request that reset information be sent by selecting the Forgot your username/password? link. You can also send the Rep an email to reset their password.
Note: You may wish to change the users login name if they move to another organization (member).

On the member's Reps tab, select the Rep whose login information you'd like to change.

Expand the Login Permissions for... section.

Click the use email button.

The reps email address will automatically populate as the login name, however, you can change this as needed.

Once you have made the desired changes, click Save.

Change Rep Login Password

On the member's Reps tab, select the Rep whose login information you'd like to change.

Expand the Login Permissions for... section.

Click the change/send password button.
- Select the option to Send eMail with a link to reset their password (Recommended).
