If you find that you'd like for ChamberMaster/MemberZone to do a particular thing and have exhausted all other avenues (attending webinars, searching the Knowledge Base, contacting Support), you may submit a feature request to the Product Team via the integrated UserVoice forum. 

1. You can access UserVoice by clicking on the lightbulb icon in the header of your software, or by selecting the Vote on Features tab on your Dashboard.

2. On the Vote on Features tab, select the browse ideas link to be taken to the UserVoice forum.

3. You will be automatically logged in to the UserVoice forum with your ChamberMaster account.

 

4. Before adding a new idea, search by key terms to determine if the feature request has already been submitted by another user.

 

5. If your idea has already been submitted by another user, use the Vote button to add your vote and comments. Avoid creating a new entry for an idea that already exists as it could reduce/split votes. You want as many votes as possible on a single request!

6. Items you have already voted for will display the number of votes. 

 

7. To change the amount of votes you've given to an item, select the blue button displaying the number of votes. You'll have the option to change your votes or remove them altogether.

 

8. If your idea has not already been submitted, add it by selecting the Post a new idea... button. 

9. Select the appropriate category (aka module) and include key words in your subject line so others can easily find and vote on your idea.

What happens after I submit a feature request?

Our Product Development team receives notifications on each new idea submitted, and updates/reviews submissions frequently. When an idea is scheduled for development, the status is updated. All users who voted for that idea will receive email update(s).
