Opt-Out a Member from Emails

If a member asks to be removed from all emails, you can now enter the opt-out selection for them.

  1. Select Communication from the left-hand menu.

  2. Select the Manage Unsubscribed Emails link. 

  1. Select Manage Subscription
  1. Enter the member's information and select OK. The system will attempt to match the information entered with a member/rep in your database.
  1. Select if the member would like to unsubscribe from Mass Emails or All Emails in the window. Select Save.
