Add Reps from Other Groups

You may wish to recreate your groups annually, for example, an annual volunteer group. Create a new group and add to the roster by selecting add representatives from other groups. You can then "move" reps from one group to another, then disable the group from the previous year.

  1. Select your Group's Roster tab.
  2. Select add representatives from other groups.
  1. Click the group whose representatives you would like to add to your new group's roster.
  2. Click the arrows to move the groups to the Selected Groups panel.
  1. Click Add to Group. The representatives from the group will now be visible on the Roster tab.
