You may allow your members to submit Hot deals via the MIC. Staff can subscribe to the Content (deal, job, event etc.) was submitted that may need approval under Setup > Association Employees/Rep.

Additionally, if you have configured your system to require approval of these deals, a notification will be sent to the Purchase Notification Email you assigned in the Hot Deal Settings, and a task will be noted in the Task List.
