Knowledge Base

The support issue you face might have been addressed already, and, in all probability, there could be one or more articles related to your issue in the Knowledge Base. 

  1. Head to our online Knowledge Base in your web browser. 
  2. Search using the search bar for specific topics. 
  1. Search by topic by selecting one of the Productivity Module topics.

Chat with Support

  1. Head to our online Knowledge Base in your web browser. 
  2. On the right-hand side, select the orange Chat with us! bar. 
  1. Select if your question relates to Membership & Payments, a Technical Issue, etc.
  1. If you select Chat with a live agent, you'll be connected to a member of our Support Team who will work with you to resolve your issue.

Contact our Support Team via phone at (800) 825-9171 and select option 4.

Get email assistance from our Support Team at [email protected]

Submit a Ticket 

After creating a Support Portal account, you can manage tickets submitted to the ChamberMaster/MemberZone Support Team, including checking on the status of your ticket and viewing previously submitted tickets.

  1. Head to our online Knowledge Base.
  2. Select Login in the header.
  1. Login using the credentials when creating your Support Portal account. Note: These may differ from the credentials you use to log in to your database. 
  1. Once you have logged in you can see any tickets you've previously submitted to our Support Team.
