Filter Event Guest List

Filter the Guest List by Status


  1. On the Guest List tab, select the Status dropdown menu.
    • Invitation Declined: Registrants who have declined the invitation or a staff member has declined on their behalf.
    • Registered: Those registered for the event.
    • Canceled: Registrants who have canceled their registration.
    • Incomplete: If a registrant exits the registration check-out page without making payment, they will be listed as Incomplete.

Filter by Payment Status


  1. On the Guest List tab, select the Paid dropdown menu to filter by payment status. 
    • Paid: Filters the list to registrants who have paid.
    • Unpaid: Displays guests who have not yet paid for their registration. 

View Additional Fields, Comments, and Custom Field Responses


  1. On the Guest List tab, select the More Options button.

  2. In the More Options window, select the Display Filters, Additional Fields, or Custom Fields you would like to display on the Guest List

  1. Select OK. The Guest List will reflect the display options you selected.
