The Member Update Activity report displays changes made to a member record, and who made the change. The information can be filtered to a specific date range, member, or change type.

Click Reports in the left-hand navigation panel and locate the Member Record Updates report.

Enter desired filtering criteria. Select Refresh Listing. The report will display the Member Name, what was changed (including the old and new information, when the change occurred, and who made the change.
