Copy a Form
A copy can be made of any existing form in Form Builder.
- Click Form Builder in the left-hand navigation panel.
- Click the Copy Form icon in the Actions column for the form you wish to copy.
- On the Copy Form screen, select the Edit Field icon to rename the form and make changes to any other fields.
- Click Save.
