The Member Contact Report displays a history of communication by a staff person, member, and other criteria within a date range. This report may be used to analyze your touch points (emails and notes) with members.
- Click Communication on the left-hand menu.

Select the Member Contact Report.
- Enter any desired filtering criteria in the Filter Options section. Select Refresh Listing.

Click the Reports button to print a summary or detail report, or download the report in CSV format.
