Use the Community Welcome Email templates to introduce the Community platform to your members and instruct them on how to access Community from within the Member Information Center (MIC).

1. In an email window, select the Choose a Template icon. 
2. Select the Community Welcome Email (Expanded or Short Version).

3. Send the email as is or customize the template before sending.
