Event Registrations Summary Report

The Event Registration Summary Report displays three pages of summary information about a specific event, registrations, sponsorships, and cancellations. On each page, the appropriate fee items are displayed along with the quantity registered for, the price, count paid, and count unpaid.

  1. In the Reports module, locate the Event Registrations Summary Report
  1. Select your event from the dropdown menu and select View Report.
  1. To include the summary of the report, select Yes from the Show Report Details dropdown menu. The details are as follows:
    • Section 1: Registrations: Each registration fee in your event will display in its row and will display how many are registered at that price and how many are paid or unpaid. If a discount was applied, causing that registration item to be at a different price, you'll see that as a new row with its quantities. The final column is the number of attendees associated with that registration. If any registration columns are greyed out, it means those registration columns will not be included in the totals because they are sponsor registrations (which will be shown on page 2). The only sponsor totals included on Page 1 are for Attendees.
    • Section 2: Sponsorships: If the event has Sponsor registrations, this page will display the sponsorship registrations and associated quantities.
    • Section 3: Cancellations: If there are cancellations on the registrations, these will display here.
  1. To generate the report for a different event, select the event from the dropdown menu and select Refresh Report.
