Remove an Event Sponsor

  1. On the Sponsors tab, click the check box in front of the desired sponsor’s name in the List of Sponsors.
  2. Click Remove Selected Sponsors

NOTE: While the system provides the functionality to remove a sponsor, the best practice is to cancel the registration associated with this sponsor. When you remove a sponsor on the Sponsor tab, this will also delete their event registration.


  1. On the Sponsor's tab, find the name of the sponsor you'd like to remove.
  2. Click the (S) next to their name.
  1. In the Sponsor pop-up window, you'll see an explanation for managing the sponsor portion of their registration. Click the Remove sponsor registration; keep attendee link. 
  1. The invoice/payment will remain untouched but remove them from being listed on the Sponsors tab.

Note: To change an event registration from a Sponsor/attendee combination to a sponsor-only registration, click on the registration and change the Status to Sponsor Only - Not Attending.
