Sponsors can be added through the database, or sponsors can be added automatically when a registrant selects a registration fee that you have designed to automatically add as a sponsor. You can add additional attendees to a sponsor's registration, remove the sponsor's additional attendees, and even remove the sponsor themselves.
NOTE: You must have fees set up for sponsorships prior to adding sponsors.
- In the desired event, click the Sponsors tab.
- Click Add Sponsor.

- Enter the required contact information.
- Select the appropriate sponsorship registration fee.
- Click Save Changes.

- Complete the registration form and check out.
Add Additional Attendees with an Event Sponsor
- On the Sponsors tab, click the desired sponsor’s name in the List of Sponsors. The selected row will be highlighted in yellow.
- Click the Edit Registration icon.
- Click Add Attendee and complete the registration form.
Remove Sponsors Attendees
In situations where you have included attendee registrations in your sponsor fees if the sponsor simply wishes to sponsor an event but not attend, use the following procedure:
- Select the Sponsor tab for the desired event
- Click the Edit Registration icon for the sponsor you wish to update
- From the Status list select Sponsor Not Attending
- Click Save & Close.
