Delete a Group
The best practice in managing groups that are no longer needed is to disable the group. You can delete a group if necessary, but this is not recommended.

Click Groups in the left-hand menu.

Select the Home tab to display a list of your organization's groups.

Select the X for the group that you wish to delete.

You'll be prompted to confirm that you would like to delete this group. Type delete to confirm.

Click the Delete button.

IMPORTANT: Once a group is deleted, you will not be able to undo this action. If you request for the group to be restored by the GrowthZone Support team, fees will apply. |
