Change Day of Autopayment

Change All Autopay to a Different Day

If you need to change the date that all of your Autopay accounts are charged, this can be set under Setup > Billing Control Panel.

 

 IMPORTANT: Changing the existing default Autopay day will ONLY apply to new ePayment records. Existing Autopay days will remain unchanged.

 

  1. Click Setup in the left-hand navigation panel.
  2. Click Billing Options & Settings in the Association Options section.
  3. Expand the Credit Cards section
  4. Click the change link.

  5. In the dialog box enter the day on which ALL autopay should be changed to.

  6. Click OK.
  7. Click Save.

Change Autopay Day for Individual Member

  1. Click the Account tab for the desired member.
  1. In the Membership Fees & Dues section, click the Name of the fee for which you wish to change the Autopay date.
  2. Enter the new date in the Day of the month to charge field.
  3. Click Save & Exit.
