The Online Membership Application History report provides a full history of all online membership applications.
- Select Reports on the left-hand side.
- Search for the keyword Application.
- Select Online Membership Application History from the results.
- The report will include the following fields:
- Company Name
- Member Comments: indicates any additional options the applicant indicated they would like to add to their membership.
- App Date: when the application was submitted.
- Mem App Bill Status: indicates how the member wishes to be billed.
- The report can be saved as a PDF, an Excel file, or CSV.
