- Click Referrals in the left-hand navigation panel.
- Click the plus icon in the To line to select which members you wish to send the referral to. You may select by Member, Rep, or Category.
- Select desired recipients, and click Done. NOTE: After making your recipient selection(s), you can click View Recipients to view the list of recipients, and deselect any recipients you do not wish to include.
- Enter the Name of the potential customer.
- Enter the Email of the potential customer.
- Enter the Phone number of the potential customer.
- Select the Contact Preference. This will default to email. Click the > icon to change the contact preference.
- Message: The default message you have configured in your database is displayed. Click on the message to add further details about the referral.
- Click Send. The referral will be sent to the desired recipients and logged on the member's communication tab.
