Use the Custom Member Report to find members who are missing their Join Date.
- In the Reports module on the left-hand menu, select the Custom Member Report.
- In the Contact Information section, select the Company Name field.
- In the Member Information section, select the Join Date field.
- Select Continue.
- In the Filter by Member Status section, select Active.
- In the Criteria section, select Join Date from the Field Name dropdown menu, and IsEmpty in the Operator dropdown.
- Select View/Print Report.
