- On the Task List, select the Reminders link.
- Reminders assigned to the staff member will be displayed. Overdue reminders are listed in red, future reminders are listed in blue, and reminders due today are listed in black.
- Use the Filter Options to adjust the Date Range and view upcoming reminders.
- Click the link of the reminder you would like to complete.
- In the Edit Follow-Up Entry window, enter any follow-up notes about the reminder.
- If the reminder is complete, select the Complete & Exit button.
