This release opens the Zero Fees beta for GrowthZone Pay, so participating organizations can take online payments without paying processing costs.
In this release:
New in beta: Zero Fees for GrowthZone Pay
With Zero Fees on, your organization pays $0 in processing costs on online payments. Instead, GrowthZone adds a platform service fee that the payer sees and pays at checkout.
Beta only: Zero Fees is available to organizations in the beta, and GrowthZone turns it on for you. You won't see the setting in your own Setup menus. To ask about joining, contact your GrowthZone representative.
What changes for you and your members
- Clear to members: The fee shows as its own line at checkout and on the receipt, before the member pays.
- Full deposits: Your organization receives the full invoice amount. The fee goes to GrowthZone, so it never appears in your deposits or reconciliation.
- Same for every online payment: Card and ACH (bank account) payments are treated alike. It's not a surcharge or a convenience fee.
- Members can avoid it: Members who don't want to pay the fee can pay by check or cash.
