Call Member via StaffApp

- Click Directory in the left-hand panel. A list of your members will be displayed in alphabetical order. See View/Search the Member Directory for information on filtering your list of members.
- In the directory list, click the name of the member that you wish to call.

- On the General Information tab, click the phone number that you wish to call.

- Click Call.
NOTE: Your call will be logged on the member's Communication tab, both in the StaffApp and in the back office!
