Make your job board more useful for both employers and job seekers by adding custom search fields to your job postings!
- Go to Setup in the left column.
- Under Association Options click on Job Posting Options & Settings.
- Check the box for Enable custom search options.
- Click the link for add/edit custom search attributes.
