Mark Registrants as Attended

Marking your registrants as having attended an event is important so that you can (a) send a thank you email to all that have attended and (b) track your member's engagement. You can use the StaffApp to check in your attendees and this will automatically update the status of Attended. Or, if you have used a paper roster to check in, you can mark registrants as attended through the back office, after the fact.

  1. For the desired event, click the Guest List tab.
  2. In the Registered Attendee Info section, click the View/Edit Attendance List button.
  1. Check the box next to the name of those who attended the event.

TIP: If you have a long list of registrants, you can tick the top check-box to set all to Attended, then deselect those who did not attend.

  1. Click Save.
