If a member asks to be removed from all emails, you can now enter the opt-out selection for them.

Select Communication from the left-hand menu.

Select the Manage Unsubscribed Emails link.
- Select Manage Subscription.
- Enter the member's information and select OK. The system will attempt to match the information entered with a member/rep in your database.
- Select if the member would like to unsubscribe from Mass Emails or All Emails in the window. Select Save.
