Enable Constant Contact Synchronization

Constant Contact has a special pricing program for Chambers of Commerce. See the details here. You must have an active account with Constant Contact to set up and use the synchronization tool.

  1. Click Setup in the left-hand menu.
  2. Click General Options and Settings.
  3. In the General Settings section, select ConstantContact from the Newsletter Solution dropdown box.
  1. In the Add-On Manager section, select the Connect Now link.
  1. Follow the prompts to authorize the database with your Constant Contact account.
  1. Choose which items you would like to have automatically synchronize each night. See Nightly Synchronization for further information. If you do not wish to synchronize all groups, see Selecting Which Groups to Synchronize for more information
  2. Select Save.
