A member may receive an error message indicating their account has been disabled when trying to log in to the Member Information Center (MIC) or when trying to register for an event.

- Select the Members module on the left-hand menu.
- Select the Web tab for the member receiving the error message.
- In the Web Participation Options section, deselect the Disable All Login Accounts box.

- Check to make sure No Redirect is selected under Redirect Index. Both of these areas are automatically updated when a member is updated to Dropped/Inactive status. If the member reinstates their membership and is set to Active status, you will need to update those areas so they have login ability and their listing goes back into the member directory.
