Encourage Members to Submit Hot Deals
A default email template has been designed for you (Encourage Deal Posting). You can easily send this to all of your members to encourage them to submit Hot Deals.

NOTE: Deals may only be posted by those members who have permission to do so, and you may or may not require approval. |
- From the send email screen, click the Template icon in the editor toolbar.
- Click Pre-Defined Templates.
- Click Encourage Posting of Deals, Jobs, News, Events template. The Email Text (body of your email) will be automatically populated with the template.
- Use the Rich Text Editor functions to modify the template as needed.
- When the email is complete, click Send Email Now or Send Email Later (Available only for those with Plus or greater edition).
- ChamberMaster will send the email immediately or at the scheduled time and record it on the Communication tab of the member’s record.
