A free mobile app is available to all members of associations that use ChamberMaster software. By providing your members with access to the MemberPlus App, your chamber is offering so much more than easy, direct access to your Chamber office. Mobile apps, downloadable on any Apple or Android mobile phone or tablet, create a brand new multimedia channel for retaining and engaging your members, especially those who already are active mobile users.

There’s no additional cost to your association or your members. The MemberPlus App is designed for your members, much like the StaffApp is designed for you and your staff to use. The MemberPlus App is an easier way for your members to update their personal and company information, register for events, interact with other members, access Resources (where you can upload documents and links for all or groups of members), etc.

• As you roll it out to members, we suggest adding direct links to the MemberPlus app download pages in the iTunes app store and Google Play store.
• Use of the MemberPlus App requires the member to have a rep login to access, so use the email template to send reps an invitation to create their own MIC login credentials or reset their passwords if necessary. After downloading the app and logging in, the member may select the Remember Me option for an easier login experience.
• Have your staff and board members download it right away and make some posts in the Community Feed, ensuring members see activity and can “like” or add posts right when they log in.
